From J21 on the M1

Follow signs for central Leicester which should bring you in on the A5460, Narborough Road South
Eventually this narrows down and passes through the Narborough Road shopping district before widening out again.
Turn right onto the A47, St Augustine Road
Keep in the left hand lane and bear left onto the central ring road, Vaughan Way
Follow the ring road round until you see the flyover but DO NOT take the flyover, keep to the left, and proceed to the roundabout beneath the flyover
Take the third exit of the roundabout into Belgrave Gate
2nd Left into Wilton Street
Left onto Bedford Street
Left onto Gower Street

Follow the A50 into Leicester.
For the most part this is a dual carriageway punctuated with roundabouts
Eventually this narrows down and passes through an area known as “Frog Island”
Follow signs to the Railway Station turning left into Sanvey Gate and then right onto the A6, St Margaret’s Way
Keep in the left hand lane and turn left onto Burleys Way
Keep to the left, do not go over the flyover
Take the third exit of the roundabout into Belgrave Gate
2nd Left into Wilton Street
Left onto Bedford Street
Left onto Gower Street
