Westerby fee changes for 2010

We are pleased to announce that the majority of our fees for 2010 remain unchanged, including our establishment fee and annual fee for both our SIPP products and our SSAS.

The only fees we have increased is our property purchase fee which is now £650 + Vat and our transfer out fee which is £100 + Vat. We have also introduced a few new fees which only affect clients who carry out certain specific transactions. These are as follows:

VAT registration = £180 + Vat 
Purchase of Unlisted Shares = £350 + Vat
Sale of Unlisted Shares = £150 + Vat
Annual Loan Administration = £150 + Vat
Calculation of benefits (USP/ASP) = £120 + Vat per tranche

Finally, we are currently also waiving our establishment fee of £100 + Vat for clients with Protected Rights benefits who transfer these into their SIPP.
