Ability to receive Pension Transfers

Transfers can be made from any previous UK registered pension arrangements and these can be added at any time from inception.

At present legislation does not allow the transfer of Protected Rights benefits, however Non-Protected Rights can be transferred.

The government has indicated that Protected Rights will be transferable but unfortunately has yet to release a clear timescale for this change in regulation.
