Westerby’s Covid 19 – Business Continuity Plan

March 20, 2020

Plans to ensure that Westerby can continue to deliver a normal or near-normal service during a period of prolonged “lockdown” as a result of the Covid 19 virus, and to safeguard our employees and their families, are now fully in place and operational. This involves a significant number of staff working from home however, unless they are physically ill and unable to work, they remain fully contactable on their usual Westerby email address.

The office will remain open with staff on hand to answer your phone calls, deal with incoming post and other tasks not possible remotely. Should there be any changes in the level of service that we are able to provide we will of course update you.

We wish you and your families well in these difficult times.

Stephen Harvey – Group Managing Director
